Where social commerce gets serious: a new brand for Unbox

STRATEGY | VERBAL BRAND | VISUAL BRAND | WEBSITE
Overview TikTok Shop is booming, but for enterprise brands it's still a mess of creator chaos and compliance risk. We gave Unbox, the operating system for creator-led commerce, a new proposition, identity and website — and a brand that looks the part.
Strategy Interviews with customers, investors and stakeholders said the same thing: social commerce is full of hype and fragmentation, and enterprise buyers want the category to grow up. So we positioned Unbox as exactly that - with three pillars of trust, intelligence and scale giving the proposition something to stand on.
Idea “Where social commerce gets serious”. One line that reframes the category and the promise — bringing commercial rigour to the creativity of social.
Objectives Deliver a full brand toolkit and website that can win over enterprise buyers in a noisy category.
The positioning really understood us; the visual identity feels distinctive without being wacky; and the product application is particularly strong — instantly the new brand maps well to the product. We valued the comprehensive approach, and we're already getting really positive customer feedback.
